Kaitlin Southwick

Ms. Kaitlin Southwick was born and raised in Old Greenwich, CT. In June of 2006, she visited New Orleans to help with the post-Katrina relief efforts. Although she was only 16 years old, this city stole Ms. Kaitlin's heart, and she never looked back. Ms. Kaitlin attended Tulane University and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology. She completed her student teaching that fall to become a certified teacher in Early Childhood Education. This will be her sixth year teaching Kindergarten at Holy Name. She also helps coach the HNJ middle school Cross Country, Soccer, and Track teams. When Ms. Kaitlin is not teaching, she likes to sail, kayak, and spend time at the beach.
